What to do next?
AVAYA have annouced ‘end of life’ for the INDeX phone system. From the 1st June 2009 there will be no support or software available from AVAYA which will make it impossible for Shore Communications Ltd to continue to offer maintenance on this system.
We will continue to support the INDeX platform where possible on a non contractual basis but will be unable to guarantee a fix or availability of parts.
How can we help?
AVAYA are offering existing INDeX customers discounts at present to migrate from the INDeX phone system to the new IP Office platform or 0% finance deals over a two year period.
