- DDI Numbers Menu: DDI numbers can now be allocated with a name so that you can easily recognize them as your own number and not as the main number.
- Call Limit: All DDIS can have a call limit set on them, any caller after this limit will get a busy tone.
- Answers Page: The ability of extensions to answer page calls can now be set on or off.
- Supervisor/ACD Messages: Up to 30 ACD messages can be setup for system wide use, each message has a number, a short name to use within TT turret displays and a text message for use by the ACD system. Each TT turret can have 8 messages selected from the 30 Supervisor messages on the system.
- Busy Wrap-Up Timeout: This timeout sets how long, in seconds, an ACD terminal can stay in Busy Wrap-Up before returning automatically to active.
- Auto Log On: Allow POT devices to automatically log on as ACD Agents.
- DSS/BLF Key Enhancements: A main number can now be programmed under a DSS/BLF key. Line groups programmed under a DSS/BLF key now give a single ring on each green lamp flash.
- Mobile Number: Any terminal can be twinned to another. When a Mobile number is set, calls to the terminal ring both the terminal and its mobile number at the same time. If either terminal is busy then the caller receives busy. A licence key is required to enable this function.

Other Changes
- Caller Information Display Change: INDeX Level 7.2 gives preference to the calling party CLI or name rather than the called party on DT terminal displays.
- Absence Messages Enhanced: Absence messages are now displayed when set (the terminal does not have to be in No Calls without a Divert all number set.
- INDeX Feature & Speed Dials: The ?INDeX option shown on an idle terminal no longer includes speed dial names. When SPEED DIAL is pressed, it now offers ?INDeX option to select a speed dial by name.
- Personal Alarms on Pot's: POT users can set personal alarms. This will be particularly useful in the hospitality industry.

- Dial in Conferencing: Allows users to dial a number to join a conference call.
- 20 Series Handsets BLF: Busy extensions will now flash intermittent on/off red lamps and a disconnected extension will be permanent red.
- No Calls: No calls can be overridden from configurable display terminals.
- NOC/WOC Enhancements: NOC Associated terminals now offer the volume key. Door phone entry systems can now be opened.
- Enhanced Busy Divert: Busy divert set to another user who has busy divert set will route to the first called party's mailbox.
- Agent Remote Logon: Agents at remote sites can now login to a call centre on another site during busy periods. This is done via an IPNC cassette.
- Personal Numbering: P.N allows a user to modify their terminal divert options via DTMF control. The user has six divert fields Home, Mobile, Desk, Delegate, Other and Voicemail. This feature is supported through the IVM version 1.5.

New Hardware Support
New Features
- Group Call Forward: On previous versions of INDeX software it was not possible to use both the Divert and Group features on a user’s phone at the same time. This feature allows group calls to be presented to external numbers by using the Home and Mobile Divert options on a per user basis.
- Active Personal Number Marked as Engaged: If the INDeX has passed a call to the Active Personal number divert, and this call is still active, then the system will show the diverted terminal’s status as busy.
- Emergency Calls from Logged off Terminals: Level 11.0 will now allow logged-off terminals to dial a pre-defined emergency number.
- E-PRI-MF Enhancements: In conjunction with the new features surrounding the Personal Numbering Diverts, new features are also available with the E-PRI-MF cassette. These allow remote administration of user settings as well as “DISA” functionality.
If a user has an active Personal Number divert and the INDeX system is equipped with an E-PRI-MF, calling into the INDeX on their DDI from the divert number will allow the following options.
Dial 1) “DISA” Access into INDeX
Dial 2) Voicemail access into Mailbox
Dial 3) Swap active personal numbers
Dial 4) Deactivate Personal Numbering
Dial 5) Toggle Group button
The “DISA” functionality requires the allocation of a PIN code in order to confirm correct access to the system. This is in line with the current programming required if using DISA over AC15.
Option 2) provides access to the “Auto Attendant” section of the voicemail, from which a user can access mailboxes, leave messages, etc.
Option 3) allows the Home and Mobile Personal Numbers to be swapped.
Option 4) deactivates the Personal Numbering, and the standard divert settings will be activated.
Option 5) allows access to Group-in or Group-out, when using Personal Numbers in order to control the Group Call forward feature.
- Multiple Divert Greetings: New voicemail software, 1.5a10, allows the presentation of specific greetings depending on the type of divert currently active.
- Message Feature Disable: This option, introduced in 10.1, allowed control over the ability of display terminals to leave a visual Message for extensions. Level 11.0 extends the use of this feature to inhibit POT phones from dialing 1 to leave a message. This can be used to prevent messages being inadvertently left by users in unsuitable environments, e.g. hotel applications.
- Personal Numbering Lite: Level 11.0 will allow the use of the Home and Mobile diverts with IVMLite. A call diverted to a Home or Mobile destination, which is not answered, will recall back into the IVM Lite mailbox.
