Shore Communications offer full maintenance services on all the systems in our current portfolio. Three levels of cover are available to our customers and all our maintenance calls are carried out by our own in-house and highly trained engineers.
If you are not already one of our customers, why not ask us to give you a free quotation for your annual maintenance. Our rates are extremely competitive and we pride ourselves on the standard of service we are able to deliver.

- 4 working hour response for system failures
- 16 working hour response on minor faults
- all parts and labour covered (see terms and conditions)
- remote minor programming changes carried out free of charge
- working hours covered are 8.30 am till 5.30pm Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays)
Silver Contract:
- 4 working hour response for system failures
- 16 working hour response on minor faults
- all parts and labour covered (see terms and conditions)
- remote minor programming changes carried out free of charge
- working hours covered are 8.30 am till 5.30pm Mon - Sat (excluding Bank Holidays)
Gold Contract:
- 4 hour response for system failures
- 8 hour response on minor faults
- all parts and labour covered (see terms and conditions)
- remote minor programming changes carried out free of charge
- working hours covered are 24 hours per day every day
