Shore Communications offer full maintenance services on all the systems in our current portfolio. Three levels of cover are available to our customers and all our maintenance calls are carried out by our own in-house and highly trained engineers.

- working hours covered are 8.30 am till 5.30pm Mon - Sat (excluding Bank Holidays)
Gold Contract:
- 4 hour response for system failures
- 8 hour response on minor faults
- all parts and labour covered (see terms and conditions)
- remote minor programming changes carried out free of charge
- working hours covered are 24 hours per day every day
